She has been a care provider, supervisor/overseer role, coordinator, advocate, prior-assistant director, to present day executive director of the agency; overseeing its daily operations. Donna has been a vital asset to the agency in its quality of care and seeing true to committing to the mission statement. As a parent of a loved one diagnosed with Autism, Donna understands the amount of care and dedication necessary for the best possibilities in reaching goals and planning for further growth. Jerrod KirchbergerAssistant Director(860) 355-5343friends@friendsofnm.orgjerrod_fonm@outlook.comJerrod has had prior experience with other care providers and has been in both direct care and managerial roles within a residential setting. Since his start date back in 2010 with the agency, he has continued to help advocate and support the agencies daily operations, as well as maintain staffing and reviews of the programs currently enrolled.
